Élégant portefeuille Celine en toile Triomphe marron et cuir marron...

At Celine, Hedi Slimane’s singular vision is clear and calculated, and since his appointment at the House five years ago, each collection granulado hones in on that vision. Embracing a youthful-meets-chic attitude, his aesthetic is casual and cool with a Parisian edge. Loved by celebs and fashion It-girls, Hedi Slimane embraces Celine’s patent history with each collection, and his latest bag is the prime example of this.

The New Celine Ava

Reggiseno 'CELINE LIGHT PADDED DEMI' nero in the arms of Celine Girl Kaia Gerber, the Celine Ava bag was the perfect sleek mini shoulder bag for the times. Elegant but trendy, it was originally launched in the brand’s iconic Triomphe canvas, and the original leather version was custom-made in calfskin for Kaia Gerber herself before being added to the line. A new silhouette inspired by the archives, the Ava was created by Hedi Slimane, instantly becoming a best-seller for the brand. The 90s-inspired crescent bag fits perfectly over the shoulder, remaining a carryover style in classic versions and introduced in novelty colors and fabrics each season. Now, just in time for the summer season, the sleek Celine Ava gets a bit of a makeover.

Featuring a bold Triomphe logo, the Celine Ava Triomphe Soft is contemporary with a bit of history; the Triomphe motif dates back to Celine’s earliest days. Imagined by founder Céline Vipiana, it was inspired by Paris’ Arc de Triomphe and the chain that surrounds the iconic monument. This new iteration is fitted with a leather flap tab and finished with gold Celine Triomphe logo hardware. The addition works well as the finishing touch to the clean silhouette of the Ava. Launched in both soft calfskin ($2,600) and all-over Triomphe Canvas ($2,250), the Celine Triomphe Ava is available now in boutiques and via Celine.com.

Love this bag, but can’t decide if that little flap/clasp would be annoying to get in and out of all the time.

same. their logos are so heavy and not placed for practicality. but that might be on purpose. i especially dislike the weird placement of their locks.
